Terms of Use & Acceptable Use

1. The service

ScraperFeeds provides access to structured datasets and scraping tools via API. Data is collected from publicly available sources and provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or completeness.

2. Accounts & API keys

You are responsible for keeping API keys secret and for all activity under your account. Revoke compromised keys immediately from your dashboard.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ScraperFeeds to:

• Collect personal data in violation of GDPR, CCPA or other privacy laws;
• Send unsolicited communications in violation of CAN-SPAM, TCPA or similar laws;
• Scrape content behind logins, paywalls or access controls you are not authorized to access;
• Overload, disrupt or attack target websites;
• Infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights;
• Facilitate illegal activity, including sale of controlled substances where prohibited.

4. Regulated data

Cannabis, mortgage and financial feeds are informational only and are not legal, financial or investment advice. You are responsible for compliance in your jurisdiction.

5. Billing

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Credits are non-refundable and do not expire. Usage beyond plan limits may be billed as overage.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the acceptable use policy.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScraperFeeds is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the data.
